Rust & Stardust is a brand new Sussex-based company. Our work combines theatre, puppetry, animation and music. We’re passionate about stories and storytelling, folklore and mythology, unconventional performance spaces and all things handmade.
Eleanor Conlon
Katie Sommers
Eleanor is a writer and director with an MA in Shakespeare and Early Modern Drama. Her work has been produced at the Brighton Fringe Festival, the Lindfield Festival and The Space.
She currently writes and directs for Rust & Stardust, which she founded with Katie Sommers.
Katie is a puppeteer and animator with a background in stop motion, 2D animation and illustration. She specialises in collage and paper cut-outs. Recent work includes music videos, model-making and projection art.
She currently designs and creates puppets and animations for Rust & Stardusr, which she founded with Eleanor Conlon.
